Overview Registered Nurse, Emergency Room (ER) – Travel assignment in Reedley, California. Start date 09/21/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay range $2,035 per week to $2,089 per week. Guaranteed hours 36 per week. Shift: three 12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM). Setting: Critical Access Hospital. Key Highlights - Weekly pay: $2,035–$2,089 per week - Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week - Contract duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 3x12-hour night shifts (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) - Start date: 09/21/2026 - Setting: Critical Access Hospital in Reedley, CA Responsibilities - Deliver coordinated nursing care for ER patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. - Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, and monitor patient progress. - Administer medications and therapies, monitor for adverse effects, and respond to emergencies per protocol. - Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff across shifts; coordinate care with physicians and other disciplines. - Participate in discharge planning, educate patients and families, and promote a safe, healing environment. - Document accurately in the patient chart (including EPIC EMR) and communicate patient status to the care team.
