We are looking for a passionate Social Media Talent & Community Manager to join
the Social Media Team, located in Milan.
Our ideal candidate is able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage
all digital community communications.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute global and local influencer and talent strategies to
support brand campaigns, product launches, and key events.
* Manage influencer and talent partnerships — from brief creation and content
approvals to campaign execution, reporting and analysis and — ensuring
timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
* Manage the social budget for influencer marketing initiatives, collaborating
with the internal media team and external media agency to plan and deliver
paid and dark media campaigns related to creator activations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and global store teams to coordinate product
gifting and stock management for ongoing initiatives, campaigns, and
launches.
* Act as project lead for Golden TV — the brand’s long-form social video series
that highlights major global events, in-store activations, and collaborations
with ambassadors and creative partners.
* Collaborate with internal production, creative, and storytelling teams to
shape the project framework for Golden TV to ensure seamless execution from
concept to final delivery.
* On-set presence for all Golden TV productions worldwide.
* Oversee the social media management tool and platforms, and its
functionalities, working closely with the wider social, CRM, and customer
care teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure seamless operations and
reporting.
* Supervise community management activities (inbound and outbound) handled by
the external social agency, ensuring tone of voice and engagement align with
brand guidelines.
* Oversee monthly and campaign performance reports produced by the external
social agency, including creator results, sentiment analysis, and key
highlights.
* Act as the internal social media lead for the Golden Goose Arena Milano
profiles (Instagram and TikTok), managing external partners and agencies on
social strategy, creator collaborations, and reporting.
* Manage the registration of invoices and budget for all activities related to
the role.
* Stay informed on digital innovations, social media trends, and emerging
platforms to identify opportunities for brand growth and engagement.
* Keep up to date with fashion, design, and celebrity culture to inform
strategic decision-making, monitoring competitor activities and relevant
industry trends.
Requirements
* 5-7 years of previous work experience as a content & community manager,
content curator, content creator, editor, influencer marketing.
* Experience in launching community initiatives (e.g. creating an event series,
designing user generated campaigns, launching an ambassador program).
* Has a demonstrated experience working on (or it’s an active-user of) new
social media platforms, such as TikTok.
* Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics (e.g. brand
loyalty).
* Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
* Excellent English verbal & writing communication skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask is mandatory.
* Previous experience in a digital agency is a plus.
* Knowledge of Sprinklr social media platform is a plus.
* Passionate about all Digital things, plus knowledge of online marketing and
good understanding of major marketing channels.
* Impeccable communication skills.
* Understanding of fashion industries.
* Highly organized with planning capabilities.
* Positive attitude, highly motivated team player, detail and customer
oriented.
