Manage and retain relationships with existing clients Identify and generate new business leads, plan and implement new marketing initiatives Having an in-depth knowledge of business products, value proposition, and using it to develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction Research and evaluate industry trends by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, and discuss business strategy with stakeholders Resolve internal priorities and report on successes as well as areas needing improvements Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle. Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients. Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
