About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of existing clients, while also identifying and supporting new business opportunities.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding business requirements, and working with a technical team to deliver practical solutions.
You will work closely with our service delivery and technical teams to ensure consistent outcomes for clients, while contributing to both account growth and broader business development.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage a defined portfolio of mid-market client accounts
· Maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders
· Identify opportunities to expand services across Managed Services, Security, Cloud, Data and AI
· Develop proposals aligned to client requirements and business objectives
· Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are appropriate and deliverable
· Conduct regular account reviews and planning discussions with clients
· Support service delivery to ensure a positive and consistent client experience
· Maintain an active sales pipeline and work towards agreed targets
· Contribute to new business opportunities through referrals, introductions and prospect engagement

About You:
· 3+ years’ experience in Account Management or a sales-related role
· Experience managing existing client accounts and identifying growth opportunities
· Exposure to new business development or a willingness to build this capability
· Strong communication and relationship management skills
· Organised and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
· Commercially aware with a practical approach to sales
· Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
· Motivated, reliable and accountable
Additional Requirements
· Willingness to undertake a Police Clearance
· Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
· Genuine interest in technology and client outcomes
