Our mission

We believe the best job openings shouldn't go to whoever happens to be online when they're posted. ApplyTOP scans LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and 50+ job sources every hour, scores each opening against your CV with semantic AI matching, and pushes the best ones to you the moment they appear — so applying first becomes the default, not luck.

Why we built it

Job hunting today is a part-time job. You set up alerts on five different platforms, refresh inboxes obsessively, and still end up applying to roles two days late because the listing was buried. The signal-to-noise ratio is brutal: most "matches" you see don't fit you, and the ones that do fit are gone by the time you find them.

We thought a good AI agent could just do this part for you — read your CV once, watch the entire job market for you, and only ping you when something genuinely matches. So we built it.

What makes ApplyTOP different

• Hourly fetch, not daily. By the time most aggregators surface a job, the apply count is already in the hundreds. We pull every hour from the source.
• Semantic CV matching. We embed your CV with the same all-MiniLM model used in academic IR research and score every job by cosine similarity — not keyword overlap.
• Direct apply links. No middleman, no proxy. We send you straight to the company's career page or ATS so you control your application.
• Your CV is yours. We never share, sell, or surface your CV to anyone. It's used to build your match profile and that's it.

Who's behind ApplyTOP

ApplyTOP is built by Kamil Kwiecień, a software engineer who has spent more than a decade building products at the intersection of automation, hiring, and search. ApplyTOP is part of a small network of job and recruitment products: ApplyAds — programmatic job advertising, ApplyRecruiting — an IT recruitment agency, ApplyATS — an applicant tracking system for hiring teams, and RemoteIndex — a remote-only job board.
