About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) in full-time to join our finance team at our Türkheim location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the complete accounting processes of one of our subsidiary companies. Your primary focus will be on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. You will serve as a key contact for our auditors and play a vital role in maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a completed commercial apprenticeship with additional qualifications as a Bilanzbuchhalter (further external training support available). Proven experience in financial accounting, ideally within a logistics or similar industry, is essential. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is required; additional language skills are considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate strong communication skills, a confident demeanor, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred. A team-oriented attitude and the ability to think analytically and systematically are crucial for success in this role. Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Managing the complete accounting cycle for a subsidiary, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards. Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors and supporting audit processes. Ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation of accounts and resolving discrepancies. Supporting process improvements within the finance department to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Assisting in the implementation and maintenance of internal controls and compliance measures. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and provide insights for decision-making.
