Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Karāchi for an Accountant. The Accountant will oversee financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budget management. They will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accounting principles. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams and auditors, ensuring efficient financial management and reporting. Qualifications Strong understanding of taxation, financial management, bookkeeping, and accounting principles Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis Proficiency with accounting software and financial systems High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Accounting certifications such as CMA or ACCA are a strong advantage Experience in import/export or trade-related industries is a plus
