Role Overview We are looking for an Analytics Engineer to bridge the gap between our raw data and business decision-making. You will own our semantic layer and build scalable, code-first reporting architecture across both our cloud-native applications and our on-premises ERP systems. Key Responsibilities · Design and maintain the semantic layer using code-first Headless BI architectures. · Develop, deploy, and embed highly responsive dashboards using modern enterprise business intelligence platforms. · Manage data models and metric definitions within a version-controlled repository (Git). · Write and optimize complex SQL queries to transform raw database tables (PostgreSQL/SQL Server) into clean reporting views for both cloud and on-premises environments. · Work directly with product and clinical teams to translate business workflows into measurable KPIs. · Support data validation and automate reporting pipelines. Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. · Demonstrated capability in data analysis, BI engineering, or data engineering. · Expert-level SQL skills. · Strong experience building interactive dashboards and data visualizations. · Comfortable managing data models in code (JSON/JavaScript) and using version control (Git). · Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data governance and single-source-of-truth reporting. Nice to Have · Experience in the healthcare or ERP sectors. · Familiarity with containerized deployments (Docker) and REST APIs.
