About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. Your expertise will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams, liaising with stakeholders, and implementing best practices in project management methodologies. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in managing IT projects, with a strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Trello is also required. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate multiple technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective delivery of solutions. Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive management. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to address issues proactively. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout project lifecycle. Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Continuously evaluate project processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
