Role Overview:
You will own campus partnerships end-to-end for Sprect - from identifying the right colleges and universities to signing the deal and managing the relationship over time. Your primary targets are business schools, with scope extending to engineering colleges, law schools, and other professional institutions with strong alumni communities. There is no playbook. You will build one.
Key responsibilities:
Identify and map target institutions - business schools (priority), engineering colleges, law schools, and other professional programs - based on alumni network strength and partnership potential.
Reach out to the right stakeholders (Dean, Alumni Relations, Career Services, Placement Committees) and get meetings - in person where it matters.
Pitch Sprect as a platform that adds real value to alumni engagement and career development programs.
Negotiate and close partnership agreements, working with leadership on deal structure.
Onboard partner institutions, ensure a smooth launch, and manage the relationship for long-term success.
Represent Sprect at campus events, alumni meets, and institutional gatherings when required.
Track pipeline, conversions, and partnership metrics. Share inputs on what is working and what is not.
Prerequisites:
2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, institutional partnerships, or business development.
Prior experience selling to or partnering with colleges, universities, or educational institutions - must have.
Proven track record of closing deals and managing relationships post-signing.
Excellent communicator - crisp on email, confident in person, clear in a pitch.
Self-starter who can work with minimal oversight and build structure from scratch.
Existing network within B-school, engineering, or law college administration, placement offices, or alumni associations - preferred.
Experience in EdTech, HR Tech, or a two-sided platform - preferred.
