Sinclair is Hiring! Join Our Team as Chief of Staff 🚀 Location is flexible across EMEA Countries: UK, Spain, Italy, Dubai, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, France, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will be a sharp, senior-level Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to our Global Commercial Finance and provide high-level support to our Chief People Officer. This is equal parts strategic shadow, executive gatekeeper, and operational accelerator. You will embed yourself in the day-to-day rhythm of two of the busiest functions, anticipating needs, clearing obstacles, and ensuring their time is protected for the decisions only they can make. The pace is relentless; the standards are high. We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team and cross functionly. The Chief of Staff will drive strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, coordinate cross-functional projects, and support executive decision-making across the organization. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Be Accountable for your decisions, actions and consequences; Be Reliable to your customers and colleagues What You'll Be Doing: Executive Partnership Shadow the Global Commercial Finance across meetings, travel, and decision cycles, absorbing context, flagging risks, and driving follow-through Act as a trusted proxy: attend leadership meetings for both executives, synthesize takeaways, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and pre-reads for C-suite and board-level engagements Support communication between leadership and departments Conduct research, analysis, and business planning activities Handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion Act as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for executive leadership Calendar, Inbox & Travel Management Own and ruthlessly prioritize complex, ever-shifting calendars across time zones Triage inboxes, draft responses, and escalate with judgment, knowing what each executive needs to see and when Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end, including logistics for high-stakes external meetings Meeting & Agenda Orchestration Design and run meeting agendas for executive team sessions, leadership offsites, and cross-functional reviews Track action items, hold stakeholders accountable, and close loops Operational Support Liaise across Finance, HR, and the broader C-suite to keep initiatives moving Monitor organizational goals, KPIs, and operational performance Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency What We're Looking For: 8+ years of experience in Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or senior business operations roles supporting C-level or SVP-level leaders Proven ability to operate at pace in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment—ideally in finance, aesthetics, or a similarly demanding sector Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across two principals Strong business acumen, comfortable in commercial finance discussions and able to engage substantively with strategic topics Discretion and sound judgment with confidential information Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable drafting executive-level correspondence High EQ, low ego, you lead through influence, not authority Background in finance, consulting, or corporate strategy Experience supporting globally distributed teams Familiarity with executive tooling (e.g., scheduling platforms, productivity suites, travel management systems) We have a real focus on developing our people, and by fostering an entrepreneurial culture, we encourage flexibility, accountability and autonomy.
