Chief of Staff

Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner with the SVP & GM – APAC Sales. This role will drive key priorities, business performance, and cross-functional alignment across the region, acting as a trusted advisor and extension of leadership.Job Requirements 10+ years in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles in APAC region preferred. Proven ability to drive execution in a complex, matrix environment. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and executive communication skills. Ability to operate with ambiguity and bring structure to drive outcomes. Strong business judgement and problem solving capability. Responsibilities: Drive execution of APAC sales strategy and transformation initiatives. Manage operating cadence (QBRs, pipeline reviews, leadership forums). Collaborate with sales leadership to define key metrics and outcomes for QBRs. Manage and streamline external communications, including interactions with key stakeholders, customers, and partners. Track performance (revenue, pipeline, productivity) and provide insights. Lead cross-functional alignment across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. Support executive decision-making with data and analysis. Deliver strategic projects (GTM, coverage, productivity improvements). Lead strategic project management initiatives across the organization. Share best practices across sales teams and communicate critical information from global teams to cross-functional partners. Maintain regular communication with stakeholders in product, marketing, compliance, and legal teams.
