Sodarizer is the Philippines’ leading home carbonation brand. We help homes and businesses turn regular water into sparkling water through our soda makers and CO₂ refill exchange system.

What This Role Owns
This is not a coordinator role.
The Chief of Staff / Integrator works directly with the founders to turn vision into execution — building systems, driving cross-functional initiatives, and helping scale the operational backbone of the company.
In the first 30 days, the primary mandate is building two foundational functions from scratch:
Hire and onboard the HR Manager
Hire and onboard the in-house Accountant
Build the initial systems, SOPs, and accountability structures for both functions
Beyond that, the role expands into:
Driving company-wide execution across departments
Leading operational and expansion initiatives
Building accountability and operational systems
Managing high-priority cross-functional projects
Supporting EOS rhythms including Rocks, Scorecards, and quarterly planning
This role will have meaningful influence over how Sodarizer operates, scales, and builds its leadership infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years in a Chief of Staff, Operations Manager, General Manager, or similar leadership role
Experience in a Philippine SME or startup environment strongly preferred
Strong cross-functional leadership and execution ability
Comfortable building systems and teams from zero
Clear and concise communicator with leadership-level maturity
Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Google Workspace
EOS or Scaling Up familiarity is a plus
