The role We’re looking for a Community Manager to join our Isola campus in Milan. Your mission will be to create a dynamic, welcoming, and engaging environment, helping bring the Talent Garden experience to life every day. This role combines community management, operations, and hospitality: you will be a daily point of reference for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring the campus is not only well-organized, but also vibrant, curated, and able to generate meaningful connections and opportunities. Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience in every daily interaction Oversee the hospitality side of the campus, maintaining high standards across common areas, meeting rooms, reception, and member services Ensure the campus consistently reflects the Talent Garden experience: dynamic, inclusive, well-organized, and community-driven Curate the day-to-day experience within the campus, helping create an environment that feels welcoming, energetic, and detail-oriented Build and nurture relationships with community members, facilitating connections, collaborations, and opportunities within the Talent Garden ecosystem Plan and manage community initiatives, workshops, networking events, and informal gatherings, ensuring high-quality execution and participation Collaborate with the City Lead on retention, occupancy, and sales-related activities, contributing to the overall growth and success of the campus Monitor community sentiment and member satisfaction, proactively identifying opportunities to improve the campus experience Manage community-related budgets, planning activities, calendars, and reporting with strong organizational attention and operational precision Collaborate with the Calabiana campus team to align initiatives, share best practices, and create synergies across locations Stay connected with the Milanese and Italian innovation ecosystem, identifying relevant trends, startups, founders, and opportunities to bring value to the community About you Ideally, you have around 2 years of experience in roles combining community, hospitality, events, operations, or customer experience within dynamic and people-driven environments.
