We have over 100 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations: Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi Job Description We are looking for a highly experienced AI/Computer Vision Engineer, or Tech Lead in Ha Noi office, to drive the technical vision, architecture, and delivery of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role goes beyond hands-on development — you will shape the long-term AI strategy, lead complex initiatives, and ensure scalable, production-ready systems that align with business and client expectations. Define and drive AI/ML strategy aligned with business and client goals Design and own end-to-end Computer Vision systems (data → model → deployment) Lead complex problem-solving and innovation in CV solutions Establish and enforce engineering and MLOps best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions Mentor engineers and lead technical direction across teams Manage technical risks, compliance, and system sustainability Qualifications At least 6+ years of experience as an AI Engineer Strong expertise in Computer Vision (e.g., detection, segmentation, OCR, tracking, video analytics) Deep knowledge of AI/ML techniques (deep learning, CNNs, Transformers) Proficiency in Python (C++ is a plus) Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV Proven experience building production-grade AI systems Strong understanding of MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, pipelines) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Spark) Proven track record delivering production AI systems, preferably in Computer Vision.
