We’re looking for a Content Strategist who understands internet culture, storytelling, branding, trends, and what actually makes people care online. This is not a “make 30 posts a month” kind of role. This is for someone who can think creatively and strategically. What You’ll Do • Build content strategies for brands across industries • Plan content calendars, campaigns & creative concepts • Write hooks, captions, scripts & content directions • Turn boring businesses into interesting brands • Research trends & audience behavior • Collaborate with designers, editors & marketing teams • Create content that feels human, not robotic You’ll Be A Great Fit If You… • Understand social media beyond aesthetics • Naturally analyze ads, brands & viral content • Have strong communication & writing skills • Know how Instagram, LinkedIn & short-form content work • Can think independently without constant supervision • Have taste, curiosity & strong creative instincts Bonus Points If You • Have agency experience • Understand branding & performance marketing psychology • Can write reel/video scripts • Use AI tools smartly to improve workflows Role Details • Remote Role • Full-Time • Flexible & fast-paced work environment • Creative freedom & ownership
