About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Copywriter to join our remote team, primarily serving North America. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing talent, a strategic mindset, and the ability to craft compelling copy across multiple channels. This role requires a creative thinker who can see beyond the brief, push concepts into new territories, and bring a unique voice to Hightouch’s brand identity. As a central voice in our organization, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining the tone and style of Hightouch’s communications, from billboard headlines to web copy, campaign activations, and product launches. You will collaborate closely with design and video teams, ensuring that copy and visuals work seamlessly together while preserving the consistency and integrity of our brand voice. Your work will have a tangible impact, shaping how our brand is perceived across various platforms and audiences. Qualifications 5-7 years of copywriting experience, either in an agency or in-house, preferably within the tech industry Exceptional command of language with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and strategic thinking Proficiency in understanding complex topics and translating them into clear, engaging content Ability to think conceptually and connect internal and external insights into innovative ideas Experience creating copy across diverse formats and channels, including digital, print, OOH, social media, and email Strong instincts for integrating copy with visual elements to enhance messaging Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a collaborative, low-ego attitude Experience working with AI tools to scale content production and iteration without compromising quality Responsibilities Develop and refine high-quality copy across various channels, including brand campaigns, OOH, digital ads, videos, landing pages, social media, emails, and events Deeply understand project briefs, challenge assumptions, and propose innovative ideas that elevate the work Collaborate with design and video teams, knowing when copy should complement visuals or stand out independently Maintain and evolve Hightouch’s brand voice as a cohesive system, ensuring consistency and avoiding flat or generic messaging Present work confidently to internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and fostering collaboration Support marketing campaigns by serving as a trusted editor, understanding product nuances, and optimizing messaging Leverage AI tools to increase content volume, streamline revisions, and uphold high standards of quality Contribute to the development of creative concepts that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate brand perception Benefits Competitive salary range of $130,000 - $165,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience Location-independent, remote-first work environment Meaningful equity compensation through ISO options, with early exercise opportunities and a 10-year post-termination exercise window Flexible work arrangements to support work-life balance Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and marketing technology Collaborative and innovative company culture focused on growth and impact Continuous learning and professional development opportunities Equal Opportunity Hightouch is an equal opportunity employer.
