Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Counsel to support our organization with ongoing legal needs related to client file oversight, contract review, case coordination, and general corporate matters. This position is an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney who is looking to gain meaningful, hands-on legal experience. Whether you are early in your career, building your own practice, or seeking a strong entry point into in-house work, this role offers exposure to real cases, direct interaction with company leadership, and the chance to develop a broad legal skill set. The legal workload is consistent but not overwhelming, making this an excellent opportunity for a newer attorney to gain hands-on corporate experience. While we expect professionalism and strong attention to detail, we are fully prepared to train the right candidate and help them develop in the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Law, including regulatory and compliance knowledge Strong skills in Contract Negotiation and interpreting complex agreements Experience with Legal Document Preparation, particularly contracts, settlements, and business agreements Ability to identify and resolve Legal Issues effectively Expertise in providing sound Legal Advice to support organizational decision-making Exceptional communication and analytical skills Bar admission and the ability to practice law in California Prior experience in corporate legal environments or financial services is a plus What We Offer Flexible structure: part-time or full-time, depending on fit A valuable opportunity for a new attorney to gain practical, substantive in-house legal experience A supportive environment with direct access to company leadership An opportunity to broaden legal skills across contract work, corporate matters, and case coordination Compensation Compensation structure will be determined based on experience, time availability, and whether the role is structured as W-2 or 1099.
