Job description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Reconcile inventory balances with general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
while maintaining and validating inventory cost data to ensure accuracy and
completeness.
• Calculate and set standard costs for raw materials and finished goods, and
analyze inventory variances resulting from standard price changes.
• Prepare regular cost analyses comparing actual results to budget, propose
corrective actions, and drive cost optimization and continuous improvement
initiatives within the plant
• Monitor inbound freight costs and purchase price variances (PPV), ensuring
fluctuations remain within acceptable thresholds.
• Prepare and review production-related accounting entries for both group and
statutory reporting.
• Support the Finance Manager with monthly financial reviews and variance
analysis, while preparing reports and data insights to support decision-making.
• Prepare financial data requested by Business Units and Headquarters for
consolidation purposes.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, Marketing, Procurement, and
Materials teams as a key finance business partner.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting standards, quality
system requirements, and company policies, and support internal and external
audit activities.
• Promote a safe, ethical, and professional working environment and comply with
occupational safety requirements.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• University degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in cost analysis, budgeting, or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of inventory control and production forecasting or planning methods.
• Experience working with MRP/ERP systems and accounting applications.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in English and solid PC skills (MS Office, Internet, Email).
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
• Background in manufacturing environments or production cost analysis.
• Experience improving cost control processes.
• Practical exposure to HFM or similar consolidation tools.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross‑functional teams and support
audits.
