ABOUT ALPHONS Alphons is a Singapore-based streetwear and contemporary fashion brand. We are looking for a creative thinker who brings ideas from concept to camera — someone who sees a blank canvas where others see a posting schedule. You will own the visual storytelling for our Instagram presence and drive traffic to our website, alphons.store WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop shoot concepts and content ideas rooted in Alphons' brand identity and streetwear culture Produce and direct photo and video shoots, including regional travel shoots Build and manage a monthly Instagram content calendar aligned with drops and campaigns Create and edit short-form video content — Reels, campaign cuts, behind-the-scenes Drive traffic to alphons.store through compelling CTAs, link-in-bio strategy, and product-led content Track performance using Instagram Insights and Google Analytics and use data to improve strategy Stay ahead of streetwear trends and bring that intelligence back to the brand. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Essential: Strong visual eye with a clear, consistent aesthetic Deep understanding of Instagram as a platform — what performs, what builds brand Confident storyteller across photography and video Comfortable shooting, directing, and editing short-form video Understands how Instagram content maps to website traffic and conversions Fashion-literate with genuine knowledge of streetwear culture Self-directed and proactive — does not wait to be told what to do Able to work closely with a small founding team. Nice to have: Styling background or experience on fashion shoots Own photography skills Network of models, photographers, or creatives in Singapore Basic SEO awareness Experience with influencer outreach or collaboration management. TOOLS YOU SHOULD KNOW Content creation: Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva Planning and strategy: Later or Planoly, Instagram Insights, Notion, Pinterest Website and traffic: Google Analytics (GA4), link-in-bio tools, Shopify/CMS basics, UTM link tracking.
