Job Overview: We are looking for Data & Analytics Engineer with 2 years of experience in designing and optimizing scalable data pipelines on GCP, along with strong expertise in ETL/ELT development, data warehousing, and analytics solutions. Proficient in Python, SQL, and BI tools like Power BI and Metabase to deliver reliable, high-quality data insights for business decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines on GCP using Dataflow, BigQuery, Datastream, Cloud Storage, and related services. Architect and implement robust ETL/ELT frameworks to integrate data from multiple source systems into GCP-based data lakes and data warehouses. Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI and Metabase for business and operational insights. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality datasets. Perform performance tuning, query optimization, data validation, and troubleshooting across the data platform. Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical design discussions and process improvements. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2 years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL development, or related roles. Core GCP Tools: Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage, Datastream, and GCP ecosystem services. Programming: Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL development. Data Engineering Concepts: Experience with data warehousing, data modeling,Data vaul ETL/ELT design patterns, and pipeline optimization. Visualization: Hands-on experience with Power BI and Metabase. Version Control & Deployment: Familiarity with Git-based workflows and deployment best practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, effective communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
