DevSecOps Engineer (Python)

We are looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer (Python) to support security automation and secure development & deployment initiatives in a dynamic environment. 📌 Key Highlights: 📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia 📅 Employment Type: 6 Months (Renewable) 🔧 Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain security automation solutions using Python • Build scripts & pipelines for vulnerability management and threat detection • Integrate security into CI/CD pipelines (SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC scanning) • Customize and enhance SIEM, SOAR & security platforms • Automate incident response, detection & security operations processes • Collaborate with DevOps & engineering teams for secure deployments ✅ Key Requirements: • 4–8 years of experience in DevSecOps / Security / Software Engineering • Strong Python scripting & automation skills • Hands-on with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) • Solid understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals • Experience with SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability management tools • Strong Linux scripting experience ✨ Nice to Have: • Cloud & IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) • Docker / Kubernetes • ELK / Splunk or similar monitoring tools 📩 If you’re passionate about tech and interested in delivering impactful solutions or know someone suitable?
