"That is the future we are building toward at SalesApe." --- # Role Overview SalesApe is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth across regulated industries and complex B2B environments. This is not a transactional SaaS sales role. We are looking for a consultative enterprise seller capable of navigating multi-stakeholder buying cycles, understanding operational pain points, and positioning AI-driven workflow transformation within highly governed organisations. You will work directly with senior decision-makers across enterprise revenue, operations, compliance, customer experience, and transformation functions. The ideal candidate combines: - Strong enterprise SaaS sales execution - Experience selling into regulated or compliance-heavy environments - Strategic consulting capability - Curiosity around AI and operational transformation - The ability to build trust with senior stakeholders --- # Key Responsibilities ### Enterprise Consultative Selling Engage enterprise clients through a strategic, consultative sales process focused on operational efficiency, workflow transformation, customer engagement, and AI adoption within regulated environments. ### Complex Deal Management Manage full enterprise sales cycles from prospecting through close, navigating procurement, compliance, legal, and multi-stakeholder decision processes. ### Executive Stakeholder Engagement Build relationships with senior leaders across revenue, operations, compliance, transformation, customer experience, and technology functions. ### AI & Product Expertise Develop deep expertise in SalesApe’s AI agent infrastructure and enterprise workflow capabilities, articulating both technical value and operational ROI. ### Solution Advisory Act as a trusted advisor to clients on: - AI adoption strategy - Enterprise workflow optimisation - Revenue operations transformation - Customer engagement automation - Governance and operational scalability ### Pipeline Development Generate and develop enterprise opportunities across target verticals including financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal, property, and other regulated sectors. ### Continuous Learning Remain current on enterprise AI trends, governance frameworks, compliance considerations, and evolving customer engagement models. --- # Requirements - Proven enterprise SaaS sales experience - Track record of selling into regulated or complex enterprise environments - Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals - Strong consultative and solution-selling capability - Ability to engage credibly with senior enterprise stakeholders - Commercial understanding of operational transformation and AI adoption - Highly self-motivated and capable of operating autonomously - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Curiosity around AI infrastructure, workflow automation, and enterprise transformation Preferred: - Experience selling into financial services, insurance, healthcare, legal, or enterprise operations environments - Familiarity with governance, compliance, or enterprise security discussions - Exposure to AI, automation, CRM, or revenue operations tooling --- # What We Offer - A pivotal role inside one of the fastest-growing AI companies - Opportunity to help shape AI adoption across regulated enterprise sectors - Competitive compensation with performance-driven incentives - Significant career progression opportunities as the company scales globally - Exposure to frontier AI infrastructure and enterprise transformation projects - High-autonomy, high-performance culture with direct impact - Continuous development within one of the most important technology shifts of the decade
