About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our business units by providing insightful financial analysis, developing accurate reports, and assisting in strategic planning processes. Your expertise will help influence forecast and budget decisions at the business unit level, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively. You will collaborate closely with operational and leadership teams, supporting month-end close activities and contributing to the overall financial health of the organization. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in a financial analysis or accounting role. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and arrays, is essential. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to train others in core financial principles and possess basic skills in delivering financial presentations. A foundational understanding of ATS’s business model and industry is desirable. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactive mindset, and critical thinking are key attributes for success in this position. Candidates must also be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively and working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Develop and challenge forecast and budget at the business unit level, providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes. Create and enhance comprehensive financial reports to track performance, identify trends, and support operational improvements. Support multiple primary business unit functions by analyzing financial data, assisting with planning, and providing actionable recommendations. Participate actively in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports. Assist operations teams in understanding basic accounting and finance principles, fostering financial literacy across departments. Conduct moderate-level financial analysis, including scenario modeling, evaluating commercial elements, and integrating non-financial metrics to inform business strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with business unit leadership, facilitating open communication and collaborative problem-solving. Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency. Stay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
