About The Role We are seeking a talented Flutter Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and Web. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless, user-centric experiences. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Flutter development. Proficiency in Dart programming language and the Flutter framework. Solid knowledge of version control systems like Git, as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Flutter applications for multiple platforms including iOS, Android, and Web. Write clean, modular, and efficient Dart code that adheres to best practices and coding standards. Optimize application performance to ensure smooth animations, quick load times, and overall responsiveness. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces. Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure data consistency across platforms. Stay updated with the latest developments in Flutter, Dart, and related mobile/web technologies to continuously improve skills and application quality. Ensure applications are secure, maintainable, and scalable to accommodate future growth and enhancements.
