Role Description Flutter Developer: We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to support one of our banking customers in Jordan on a freelance basis. Requirements 5+ years of software development experience Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart Experience building and maintaining production mobile applications for Android and iOS Experience integrating mobile apps with REST APIs and backend services Good understanding of mobile architecture, clean architecture/code, and reusable components Experience with state management such as Bloc, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX Ability to support testing, defect fixing, UAT, and release activities Ability to work during customer working hours, Jordan time Arabic-speaking candidate is a must Banking / Security Expectations Since the role is for a banking customer, the candidate should have good awareness of: Secure authentication and authorization OAuth2 / JWT / token handling Secure storage of sensitive data API security and safe backend integration Data privacy, confidentiality, and secure coding practices Working in controlled environments with strict governance and approvals Previous banking or fintech experience is preferred, but not mandatory if the candidate has strong secure development awareness.
