Full-Stack Developer (Python/Django + React) - Brooklyn, NY Salary: $85,000–$115,000 Hours: Full-time In-person Build Technology That Makes a Real Impact: At LBAPS, we’re building innovative systems that support children, families, and professionals across the healthcare and ABA space. We’re looking for a skilled and driven Full-Stack Developer to join our growing in-office team in Brooklyn and help develop technology solutions that truly make a difference. This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work closely with leadership and operations teams, and build scalable applications used in real-world clinical and business settings. What You’ll Do: Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications using Python (Django) and React Develop and launch features from concept through deployment Collaborate closely with internal teams to improve workflows and user experience Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core systems and integrations Contribute to the ongoing growth and evolution of internal technology platforms What We’re Looking For: Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, and React Proven full-stack development experience in production environments Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment Experience with APIs, databases, and modern development workflows is a plus Why Join LBAPS?
