It’s about rhythm, recovery, culture, and the way people move through everyday life. Through real running sessions, community-driven experiences, and performance-inspired products, we are building a new running culture that blends sport, lifestyle, and street-inspired energy. From Seoul to global running communities, we are growing MO SPORTS beyond Korea — and we’re looking for someone who wants to help shape that journey together. [What You’ll Do] Plan and execute global digital marketing campaigns Manage Meta Ads campaigns across international markets Analyze content performance and identify winning creatives Collaborate closely with content creators to improve ad performance Research global running, lifestyle, and community trends Support Shopify-based D2C growth strategy Test and optimize creatives, hooks, messaging, and targeting Analyze CTR, ROAS, CAC, and other growth metrics Collaborate on community-based running sessions and offline brand experiences Support and help shape offline running sessions, community activations, and cultural events Help expand MOSPORTS into global running and lifestyle communities [Requirements] Experience with Meta Ads and digital content marketing Understanding of D2C or e-commerce marketing Strong interest in branding, creative strategy, and culture-driven marketing Ability to think both creatively and analytically Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments Fluent in English [Preferred Qualifications] Experience with global campaigns or international audience targeting Experience working with Shopify or D2C brands Understanding of short-form content and creative testing Interest in running culture, sports, or street-inspired lifestyle brands Experience working with creator-led or community-driven brands Interest in offline community events, activations, or running culture [We’d Love to Work With Someone Who] Understands both content and performance Enjoys testing ideas and moving quickly Believes culture and community are important parts of brand building Wants to grow together with a brand long-term Is excited about building a global running and street culture [Working Type] Full-time Based in Seoul, Korea [How to Apply] Please send: Resume Portfolio or case studies Previous campaign examples (if available) [One Line] We’re not just scaling ads — we’re building a global culture around mindful running.
