Role Purpose
Lead the visual expression of the brand by creating high-quality, impactful design systems and campaign creatives-while owning Xpresso’s visual identity across all internal and external communications.
Primary Responsibility
Creative Visual Design
Develop strong visual directions for campaigns and brand communication
Design across digital, social, marketing, and presentation platforms
Translate strategy and copy into compelling visual storytelling
Maintain high standards of design, craft, and originality
Secondary Responsibility
Pitch Design & Visual Storytelling
Design high-impact pitch decks and presentations
Visualise ideas, concepts, and narratives effectively
Collaborate with strategy and content teams
Elevate the overall perception and quality of pitches
Tertiary Responsibility
Design Governance & Execution
Ensure consistency in visual identity across all outputs
Guide and review design team deliverables
Align with strategy, content, and digital teams
Maintain scalability of design systems
Additional Ownership
Xpresso Visual Identity & Communication
Own and evolve Xpresso’s visual identity and design language
Drive both internal and external visual communication:
Internal: presentations, culture communication, internal assets
External: social media, website, marketing creatives, PR assets
Ensure all visuals strictly adhere to brand guidelines
Act as the final gatekeeper for all visual outputs

8+ years in visual design / creative roles
Agency or fast-paced marketing environment preferred
