As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in fueling that mission by driving new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health and its family of brands.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on performance, experimentation, and measurable results. You’ll own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy to execution to optimization—continuously improving performance across channels and funnels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
PERFORMANCE MARKETING & CAMPAIGN EXECUTION
* Develop and execute multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, email, SMS, and landing pages.
* Drive new patient acquisition and membership growth across EPIC Health, Exodus, and PATHS.
* Launch campaigns quickly and iterate based on real-time performance data.
FUNNEL OPTIMIZATION & CONVERSION GROWTH
* Build, manage, and continuously optimize end-to-end conversion funnels (ad → landing page → call center → booked appointment/subscription).
* Identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at every stage.
* Partner with call center and operations teams to improve lead handling and conversion outcomes.
ANALYTICS & PERFORMANCE TRACKING
* Own and track key growth metrics including:
* Cost per lead (CPL)
* Cost per acquisition (CPA)
* Conversion rates
* Patient/member volume
* Use data and analytics tools to generate insights and drive decision-making.
* Build and maintain dashboards to monitor campaign performance and ROI.
TESTING & EXPERIMENTATION
* Run continuous A/B tests on audiences, creative, messaging, and offers.
* Rapidly iterate to identify winning strategies and scale high-performing campaigns.
* Develop hypotheses and validate them through structured experimentation.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION
* Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages.
* Collaborate with operations and call center teams to align marketing efforts with clinic capacity and patient experience.
* Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and real-world conversion performance.
GROWTH STRATEGY & CHANNEL EXPANSION
* Identify and test new acquisition channels and growth opportunities.
* Explore emerging platforms, partnerships, and tactics to expand reach.
* Recommend strategies to improve scalability and efficiency across campaigns.

WHAT YOU BRING
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
* 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
* Proven track record of driving measurable acquisition results (leads, patients, subscribers, etc.)
* Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets
TECHNICAL & PLATFORM EXPERIENCE
* Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
* CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Go High Level or similar)
* Analytics tools (Google Analytics, dashboards, attribution tools)
* Landing page builders and conversion tracking tools
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
* Strong understanding of conversion funnels and user behavior
* Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in healthcare, multi-location businesses, or high-growth environments
* Familiarity with call center-driven conversion models
* Experience managing multi-brand or multi-market campaigns
* Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
