The mission
We're building an AI Coworker for back office B2B teams. Millions of people in B2B commerce are drowning in emails, manually processing orders, updating systems, and chasing invoices. It's 2026 and they're still copy-pasting between Outlook and their ERP like it's 1999.
The Role
We're looking for our first Growth Marketer, someone who wants to build from zero.
You'll own how Hoshii shows up in the market - what we say, where we say it, and how that turns into pipeline. Brand, website, content, campaigns, events, partner marketing - all of it runs through you.
What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging. Position Hoshii as the leading brand in ERP AI automation.
Build the demand engine. LinkedIn, partnerships, events, webinars, YouTube, communities. Find what works for B2B in the DACH region; double down and kill what doesn't. The pipeline is the scoreboard.
Create content. Case studies, blogs, video content of the product, customer videos, LinkedIn.
Activate our ERP partners. You'll co-build campaigns, webinars, and enablement that make partners lead with Hoshii.
Measure what matters. Pipeline-sourced, pipeline-influenced CAC and campaign ROI calculations. No vanity metrics. No "engagement" theatre.

Qualifications
Strong storytelling and writing skills.
+3 years' sales and marketing experience.
Experienced working with Figma, Canva, and video editing tools.
AI native; experienced in using AI tools to be 3x more productive.
Fluent in German & English.
Bonus points: Previous experience at a Series Seed or Series A startup or founder experience.
