Growth Marketer (Funnels + Paid Ads + Organic Growth + AI-Driven Marketing)
We’re looking for a highly experienced Growth Marketer who has built and scaled real marketing systems that generate revenue — not theory, not engagement metrics, but actual business growth.
This is someone who has worked hands-on with funnels, paid ads, and product selling, and operates with confidence because they’ve done it repeatedly in real environments. They are hyper focused on organic growth but also know how to do paid ads.
You should be able to not only execute growth systems, but also clearly explain, systematize, and teach them.

What you’ll do:
• Build and optimize full marketing funnels (traffic → lead → conversion → retention)
• Run and scale paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.
• Manage and optimize meaningful ad spend with ROI accountability
• Design organic growth systems across social platforms
• Improve conversion rates across funnels, landing pages, and offers
• Test, iterate, and scale winning campaigns quickly
• Work on messaging, positioning, and offer structure
• Build repeatable acquisition systems that generate predictable revenue

You have real-world experience building and scaling revenue-generating marketing systems.
You have:
• Managed meaningful paid ad budgets
• Built funnels that convert consistently
• Experience actually selling products or services
• Strong intuition for what works, backed by experience

• Funnel design and optimization
• Paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Organic growth systems (content that drives reach and conversions)
• Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention metrics

You are fluent in using AI and modern tools to increase speed and performance, including:
• AI tools for copywriting, ad creative generation, and campaign iteration
• AI tools for content creation and testing variations at scale
• Analytics, attribution, and tracking tools
• Funnel builders, CRM systems, and automation platforms
• AI-assisted marketing workflows for research, ideation, and execution
You use AI to move faster, test more, and scale smarter — not replace thinking.
