We are looking for a high-energy, multifaceted Growth Marketing & Partnerships Manager to lead our expansion into the Brazilian market. This is a hybrid role that blends traditional Business Development (BDM) with modern digital influence. You will be the face of our brand in Brazil, leveraging your personal authority and social media expertise to build a robust ecosystem of partners, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and direct clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnership Management
Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and strategic partners within the Brazilian territory
Actively prospect and close new individual and corporate clients through direct outreach and networking
Maintain and scale long-term relationships to ensure partner loyalty and high lifetime value
Social Media Strategy & Ecosystem Management
Build, manage, and curate high-impact social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) tailored to the Brazilian audience
Develop content calendars that align with global marketing goals while remaining culturally relevant to the local market
Traffic Monetization & Conversion
Implement aggressive strategies to drive organic and paid traffic from social platforms to our products/services
Optimize the conversion funnel to ensure social media engagement translates into measurable revenue and active accounts
Personal Branding & Ambassadorship
Serve as the official Brand Ambassador for Brazil, utilizing your personal brand to build trust and credibility
Create "face-of-the-brand" content (videos, webinars, and live sessions) to humanize our presence in the region
Leverage your professional network to open doors and secure high-level meetings
Requirements
Native-level fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
Proven track record in Business Development and Sales, specifically in the FX/CFD industry within the Brazilian market
Demonstrated experience in Social Media Management, digital content creation and working as a Brand face
A strong existing personal brand or a deep understanding of how to build digital influence, plus driving sales
Deep knowledge of the Brazilian financial, tech, FX/CFDs core market requirements
Results-oriented mindset
