Growth & Partnerships Manager – US Health (US Market Exposure) Location: Remote (India) Type: Full-time Compensation: ₹6–12 LPA fixed + uncapped commissions (top performers can earn ₹30–50 LPA+) About Us We are building a new category: Retail Health Terminals — telehealth access points placed inside existing healthcare and retail businesses across the US. These locations can include: drug testing centers chiropractic clinics medspas retail health providers Our system enables any location to offer: doctor consultations prescriptions lab testing through a simple, scalable setup. About the Role We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to build and scale our partner network in the US market. This is a high-ownership role focused on driving revenue and expanding real-world distribution. Your core responsibility: Convert interest into paying partners ($10K commitment) and help launch live locations. What You Will Own1. Partner Acquisition Funnel Build and optimize the full funnel: landing page → application → call → payment Shape and refine the core offer: “Own a US Health Location” Continuously improve conversion rates 2. Pipeline Generation & Management Generate leads from multiple channels (email, outreach, listings, etc.) Track and manage all partner conversations Maintain a consistent and high-quality pipeline 3. Partner Conversion (Revenue Ownership) Speak with prospective partners Explain the opportunity clearly and confidently Handle objections and close deals Drive $10K partner commitments 4. Launch & Execution Support Ensure partners move from payment → live location Coordinate with internal team and field reps Maintain momentum and prevent drop-offs 5. Weekly Metrics Ownership Leads generated Calls completed Partners closed Locations launched What Success Looks Like First 30 days Funnel live and optimized First 2–3 partners closed 90 days 10+ partners closed Clear, repeatable acquisition process 6 months 30+ locations launched Scalable partner acquisition engine Who This Role Is For You are a strong fit if you: Have built or executed something end-to-end Are comfortable speaking with and converting customers Prefer ownership over rigid structure Want income directly tied to performance Ideal Background Startup generalist (0→1 or early-stage experience) Growth + sales hybrid roles Experience in D2C, SaaS, marketplaces, or field operations Experience managing vendors, freelancers, or partners Required Skills Ability to build and manage simple funnels (landing pages, email, tracking) Strong written and spoken English (US-facing communication) Comfortable handling sales conversations and closing High ownership mindset and execution speed Good to Have Experience with US customers or markets Experience hiring or managing remote teams / field reps Familiarity with tools like GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, or CRM systems Compensation Fixed: ₹6–12 LPA Commission per partner closed (uncapped) Milestone-based performance bonuses 👉 High performers can earn ₹30–50 LPA+ based on results US Market Exposure & Travel Work directly on building a US-based partner network Interact with US partners and customers regularly Top performers may represent the company at US industry events and expos Opportunity to travel to the US to onboard select partners and support location launches, based on performance Potential to take on expanded US-facing responsibilities over time Growth Opportunity Opportunity to lead US market expansion Build and manage your own team over time Direct exposure to building a category-defining company
