Taima® Titanium is the original, fastest-growing pure titanium kitchenware brand in the US - built for people who want a truly toxin-free kitchen without sacrificing cooking performance.
Our mission is simple: help people live cleaner, healthier lives by removing the hidden contaminants that come from everyday kitchenware - PFAS/non-stick chemicals, microplastics, and other forever-chemical exposure - and replacing them with pure titanium that lasts a lifetime.
Our growth has been rapid, and to scale the right way - profitably, sustainably, and at a higher level, we’re looking for a Head of Growth to expand what’s working, unlock new growth levers, and help us spread the Taima® mission to far more households worldwide.
Position Overview
As Head of Growth, you will own Taima®’s next revenue engine.
This is not a role for small, “incremental” tweaks. Your job is to find, validate, and scale new growth levers - new channels, new funnel plays, new monetization angles - with speed, autonomy, and ruthless ROI thinking.
You’ll operate like an internal entrepreneur: run tests fast, cut what doesn’t perform, and double down on what does. Once a channel or initiative proves it can scale profitably, you’ll systemize it, hand it off for long-term execution - and move on to the next growth opportunity.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1) Own Taima®’s end-to-end growth strategy
Translate revenue goals into a clear growth roadmap, priorities, and KPIs
Run the full system: paid acquisition + funnels/CRO + offers + analytics
Own profitability metrics for all new initiatives (ROAS, CAC, margin, LTV)
2) Scale paid channels profitably (Meta + Google + expansion to new channels)
Scale what’s working while protecting efficiency and contribution margin
Expand into new channels when there’s a strong ROI case (TikTok, YouTube, native, partnerships, etc.)
Build the validation framework: what to test, how long, and pass/fail criteria
3) Lead rapid experimentation across the full funnel
Oversee testing across ads, landing pages, offers, bundles, and user flows
Turn data into actions: build experiments that have a clear “why” behind them
Create a repeatable testing cadence and learning system that compounds
4) Partner tightly with Creative + CRO + Retention
Work with Creative to scale winning angles and build durable creative systems
Work with CRO to improve landing pages, product pages, and funnel conversion
Collaborate with retention/lifecycle to increase LTV and reduce CAC pressure
5) Build the growth infrastructure (analytics + process)
Improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making
Ensure the company is ready for higher spend levels (tracking, dashboards, testing rigor)
6) Launch new products with clear go-to-market strategies
7) Build & manage a lean growth team
(e.g. media buyers, specialists)
Hand off validated, scalable channels to Marketing once performance targets are met.
YOU’RE A FIT IF…
You have 3-7+ years scaling growth for DTC ecommerce brands in growth, performance marketing or revenue ownership roles (physical products preferred)
You’ve scaled paid budgets profitably and understand unit economics deeply
You have a proven ability to unlock new channels, not just optimize existing ones.
You can own strategy and stay close to execution (you don’t just “manage”)
You know how to work with creative teams to produce scalable performance outcomes
You prioritize what matters, move fast, and make decisions with imperfect data
You have strong analytical thinking paired with creative problem-solving
You’re Familiar with AI-powered growth tooling and automation
NICE-TO-HAVE
Experience in international scaling
Subscription/retention experience or lifecycle monetization understanding
Familiarity with CRO tools + attribution/analytics platforms
Experience at a $30M-$100M+ DTC brand
KPI’S
2-3x growth vs 2025 baseline.
Delta gross profit / contribution margin.
Profitability per order and per channel.
ROAS targets for new channel validation.
Expansion to new countries & diversification from US.

GROSS Salary:
€5,000 – €8000 / month + BONUSES based on performance. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
