About AyloCare – Empowering Therapists Through Technology AyloCare is a health-tech startup based in Greece on a mission to modernize the way therapists manage and grow their practice. We’ve developed an all-in-one practice management platform tailored for mental health professionals – from scheduling and client notes to online engagement tools. Our value proposition to therapists is simple: build your own digital brand and office to become more independent and appealing to clients. In a market where therapists often rely on third-party directories and platforms to get noticed, AyloCare gives them the tools to attract, serve, and retain clients on their own terms. The Opportunity – Head of Growth & Sales We are looking for the person who will take AyloCare from a validated product to a growing business. What you will do Identify and reach out to potential customers — psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, and private clinics — through LinkedIn, email and direct outreach, across professional networks, and communities. Run short discovery and demo calls, converting prospects into paying users. Mornings and middays work best, since most practitioners work afternoons and evenings. Build and own a pipeline from scratch: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, close. Drive growth across multiple markets — starting from Greece and expanding into Europe, the Middle East, and beyond. Feed insights back to the founding team: what objections come up, what resonates, what the market wants. Who we are looking for Proven outbound sales experience: you know how to find people, start conversations, and move them forward. SaaS or health-tech background is a strong plus. High energy, high accountability. You are not waiting for leads to come to you. You go find them. Fluent in English. Greek is an advantage. Every additional language is genuinely valuable given our international strategy. Comfortable with the early-stage reality of a startup. Some familiarity with or curiosity about the mental health world helps. You will be talking to practitioners every day; authenticity matters. Based in Europe (any country). Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills What We Offer There is no base salary at this stage. We are transparent about that. What we offer instead is meaningful ownership and direct financial upside tied to what you build. Base equity: 4%, 4-year vesting, 1-year cliff Performance equity: up to 3%, unlocked by growth milestones eg. number of customers and MRR. Uncapped commission on every customer you bring in — structured to reflect market dynamics across Greece, Europe, and international markets. No ceiling. Remote & flexible: part-time to start, with hours to be discussed based on your availability. Europe-based preferred.
