Role Description
This full-time role as Head of Marketing is based on-site in Yerevan, Armenia. The Head of Marketing will oversee the design and implementation of strategic marketing plans aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving market growth. Responsibilities include leading the marketing team, conducting market research, formulating and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing public relations activities, and collaborating closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. The role also requires continuous analysis of market trends to identify opportunities for business development and innovation.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with the ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
Strong skills in Market Research and understanding of market trends and customer behaviors.
Experience in Sales, and ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams to meet organizational goals.
Proficiency in planning and executing Public Relations activities to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience in the food or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
