Job Description
Our Client, Nepal Breweries is looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Brand to lead the brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy of our brewery. This is a leadership role responsible for building a powerful beer brand in Nepal’s competitive market.
Prior experience in a brewery or alcoholic beverage industry is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products
Drive volume growth, market share, and brand equity
Manage product portfolio (lager, strong, premium, craft variants, etc.)
Oversee packaging, label design, and brand identity
Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns
Build strong trade marketing and distribution support programs
Work closely with sales, production, and leadership teams
Manage agencies, budgets, and marketing ROI
Lead consumer insights, research, and innovation pipeline
Job Specification
Requirements
Mandatory: Prior experience in a brewery / beer / alcoholic beverage company
3-5+ years of experience in marketing & brand leadership
Proven track record of building and scaling brands
Strong understanding of Nepali beer market, pricing, and distribution dynamics
Experience in launching new products and managing portfolios
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong creative instinct with commercial acumen
