We are expanding rapidly in the Middle East and are looking for entrepreneurial talent to help build our brand and business in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the local marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
Define team priorities, develop organizational capabilities, and mentor talent to support long-term business growth.
Lead go-to-market strategy and market expansion initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
Drive overall brand positioning, integrated marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to strengthen market presence and business growth.
Develop deep local market insights, including understanding customer behavior, investor profiles, distribution channels, and cultural nuances to localize marketing effectively.
Work closely with the performance team, and business development team to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives and revenue growth.
Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, community, and influencer channels.
Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
Support thought leadership initiatives and help establish the company as a trusted investment and fintech brand in the region.
Strong understanding of financial markets, investing, and stock trading behavior. An experienced personal trader in Stock/ETF/Option trading is preferred.
Proven experience in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles.
Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
Experience in both marketing and sales-oriented environments, with a strong commercial mindset.
Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s consumer landscape, culture, and digital ecosystem.
Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities in fast-paced environments.
Experience in fintech, brokerage, wealth management, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
Multilingual abilities (Arabic/Mandarin(Chinese)/English)
