Head of People and Culture

Overview of the Role The Head of People and Culture at VBP is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy in alignment with business goals. This role leads the People and Culture team to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment while driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will champion the company’s values and culture, promote employee well-being, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR and people-related matters. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive people strategies that align with VBP's mission and objectives Lead and mentor the People and Culture team to deliver effective HR programs and initiatives Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning efforts Shape and nurture company culture, promoting engagement, inclusion, and diversity Oversee performance management, learning and development, and employee relations Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices Collaborate closely with senior leaders to support organizational change and business growth Analyze HR metrics and insights to inform strategic decision-making Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in senior HR leadership roles Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive culture transformation Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic thinking skills Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Experience with HR analytics and using data to drive decisions Passion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture 500K per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits ​ 2-week paid Christmas vacation​ Electricity & Data subsidies​ 25K Educational Assistance ​ Training and equipment will be provided​ Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM​
