With a strong commitment to our people, safety, quality, and operational excellence, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team primarily on the day shift. This is a hands-on role that partners closely with operational leaders and employees to deliver practical HR solutions and support across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key role in providing expert advice across employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compliance, organisational change, and day-to-day people matters. As a trusted advisor, you will support leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams while ensuring HR practices remain fair, consistent, and compliant with employment legislation, industrial instruments, and company policies. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and practical HR advice and support to managers and employees across assigned business units. Manage employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, disciplinary processes, and performance management. Coach and support leaders in handling performance conversations, documentation, and people leadership challenges. Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, and internal policies and procedures. Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding, role changes, workforce planning, and offboarding processes. Prepare and maintain accurate HR documentation, records, reporting, and HRIS data. Assist with organisational change initiatives including restructures, workforce adjustments, and role redesigns. Partner with internal stakeholders to support employee engagement, retention, wellbeing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Promote and champion ACC Values and behaviours through all HR activities and interactions. About You You are an experienced HR professional who thrives in operational environments and enjoys building strong working relationships across all levels of the business. You are confident managing complex employee matters, providing practical solutions, and balancing business needs with a people-focused approach. To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have The ability to work from 6.30am – 2pm, Monday – Friday covering our day shift operations. Minimum 5 years’ HR experience within manufacturing, processing, industrial, or blue-collar environments. Strong working knowledge of employee relations, industrial relations, and Australian employment legislation. Excellent communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, sound judgement, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. Qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline. Why Join Australian Country Choice?
