YOUR ROLE As HR Manager, you will be a key member of the plant leadership team, reporting hierarchically to the Plant Manager and functionally to the HR Director Morocco. You will lead all Human Resources activities to support operational performance, ensure compliance, foster a positive social climate, and drive people development in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Lead and oversee all HR functions at plant level: employee relations, staffing, development, compensation & benefits, payroll, and HR administration Translate plant business objectives into clear HR strategies, action plans, and KPIs Act as the HR Swim Lane Owner for core HR processes and continuous improvement flows Ensure full compliance with Moroccan labor law, internal policies, quality, environmental, and health & safety standards Manage industrial relations, proactively handling social climate, disciplinary processes, and labor disputes Drive workforce planning, staffing plans, and development initiatives aligned with production needs Prepare and monitor the HR budget and social indicators, ensuring accurate reporting Lead and develop the site HR team, fostering performance, accountability, and engagement Ensure effective internal communication and change management across the plant Serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership on all people‑related matters YOUR BACKGROUND Proven experience in Human Resources leadership, preferably within automotive or industrial manufacturing Strong exposure to labor relations, social dialogue, and employee engagement in a high‑headcount environment Demonstrated ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels Qualifications Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or equivalent Minimum 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, including management role Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor legislation Fluent in English and French; Arabic strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to act with urgency, sound judgment, and strong ownership mindset Willingness to travel up to 30% as required WHY JOIN US?
