The Implementation Consultant delivers services to onboard clients to the company's products and features. Working with both new and existing clients, the Implementation Consultant owns the technical delivery of projects in line with the defined scope and solution. As an expert in the implementation of the company's products and features, the Implementation Consultant is responsible for workstreams or entire projects focused on setup, configuration, and change management. They consult with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal usage and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively, constructively, and assertively with clients and internal teams to deliver implementation projects successfully and efficiently Consult with clients to understand their requirements and align proposed solutions with their objectives Lead and own workstreams or entire projects Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders Contribute to initiatives focused on process improvement, efficiency, and client satisfaction Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and features as they evolve, and their applicability to client requirements Support clients onsite as part of project deliveries and go-lives Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery Experience in consultation and requirements gathering Deep knowledge of ticketing technology Industry expertise, including an understanding of the needs and objectives of sports and entertainment-focused businesses A strong communicator, able to tailor communications to varied audiences Commitment to ownership and accountability, able to execute against a brief, navigate challenges, and push for optimal outcomes Creativity with problem solving - the ability to effectively digest problems and assess potential solutions, and execute those solutions Comfort managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on delivery Organizational and conscientious in execution Consultative approach, able to listen and interpret the needs of others, and lead towards solutions Perks Discretionary annual bonus Flexible work environment, allowing for a hybrid or 100% remote work arrangement A WFH stipend to support home office setup Unlimited PTO Up to 16 weeks of fully-paid family leave 401(k) matching Student loan matching program Health, vision, dental, and life insurance Up to $25k towards family building, reproductive health services and Gender-affirming care $500 per year for wellness expenses Subscriptions to meditation and therapy services, and a primary care provider $120 per month to spend on tickets to live events Annual subscription to a music streaming service The salary range for this role is $84,000 - $121,000 USD. In addition, the individual may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
