Hyperlab is an Istanbul-based mobile gaming company that develops hybrid-casual games, where colleagues add more value to themselves and the sector in their field every day.

Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Availability: Able to commit to 3-5 days per week
C# Foundations: Solid understanding of C# basics and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) logic (you don't need to be an expert, but you should know the core concepts)
Unity Familiarity: Basic experience with the Unity Editor (navigating the scene, working with Prefabs, and simple Physics)
Passion for Learning: A strong desire to move from "making things work" to "making things work well."
AI Enthusiast: Curiosity about using AI tools (like Claude, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to assist your coding process and enhance your workflow
Team Player: Good communication skills and an interest in how games are built in a professional team environment
What You Will Learn & Do
Game Development Basics: Participate in the development process of hybrid-casual games and see how a game goes from idea to store
Professional Coding Standards: Learn how to write clean, organized, and readable code from our senior developers
Feature Implementation: Help build and test game mechanics, UI elements, and prototypes
Tools of the Trade: Get hands-on experience with industry-standard tools like Git and Notion
Mentorship: Work closely with a mentor who will help you bridge the gap between university projects and professional game development
Bonus Points
Show Us Your Work: A GitHub link or a simple portfolio showing a few prototypes or game jam projects you've worked on
Game Logic: A basic understanding of game math (vectors, triggers, etc.)
