About The Role We are seeking a focused and experienced Apple Developer Enterprise Program (ADEP) Management Specialist responsible for the end-to-end management and secure distribution of the company’s internal applications. This role will ensure that the private delivery of internal applications complies with Apple’s enterprise distribution standards, avoiding App Store review while maintaining application security, reliability, and scalability. As a key team member, you will manage enterprise developer accounts, certificates, provisioning profiles, and distribution workflows, ensuring all operations comply with Apple policies and internal security standards. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to optimize release processes, troubleshoot distribution-related issues, and ensure internal users have seamless access to required applications. The role also requires continuous monitoring of certificate expirations, account renewals, and policy updates to prevent service interruptions and ensure the secure operation of enterprise applications. Qualifications Candidates should possess extensive hands-on experience with the Apple Developer Enterprise Program (ADEP) and be familiar with enterprise-level internal app distribution workflows. You Should Have a Strong Understanding Of iOS code signing Provisioning profiles MDM integration OTA deployment processes Experience with Xcode, fastlane, CI/CD toolchains, and enterprise app hosting principles is required. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, capable of solving problems efficiently while maintaining compliance standards. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams are essential. Candidates with experience in internal app portals, MDM solutions, or enterprise mobility management will be given preference. Responsibilities Manage and maintain the Apple Developer Enterprise account, including certificates, provisioning profiles, and identifiers, ensuring ongoing security and compliance for enterprise applications. Build and maintain automated signing and deployment workflows to ensure stable application releases. Monitor certificate and account expiration dates, proactively handling renewals and updates to avoid service interruptions. Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to optimize application release cycles and support processes. Troubleshoot technical issues during distribution, such as signing failures and device registration problems. Create detailed operational procedures, runbooks, and compliance documentation to support team training and audits. Stay informed about changes to Apple policies and adjust operational strategies accordingly to maintain ongoing legal and policy compliance.
