Junior/Mid Full-Stack Developer

Bloom is looking for a junior-to-mid full-stack developer to support the development of our internal systems, website features, dashboards, CRM tools, integrations, and operational workflows. The role is suitable for someone practical, organized, and eager to grow, with a strong foundation in modern web development and the ability to use modern AI-assisted development tools to work more efficiently. Preferred technical experience: - TypeScript / JavaScript - React / Next.js or similar frontend frameworks - Node.js / NestJS or similar backend frameworks - PostgreSQL or similar relational databases - REST APIs and third-party integrations - Basic testing, debugging, and clean coding practices What we’re looking for: - Good problem-solving ability - Clear communication - Attention to detail - Ability to follow structured tasks and checklists - Willingness to learn and improve quickly - Interest in building practical business tools, not just isolated code The work will involve a mix of frontend, backend, database, and integration tasks across Bloom’s digital and internal operations.
