Please, visit our website: https://logisnext.eu/ The HQ in Almere are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Product Manager The role Are you eager to make a real impact with products used around the world? We are looking for a junior product manager to help shape and grow our global warehouse product portfolio. In this role, you will contribute to products for internationally recognized brands such as Mitsubishi and CAT, managing a portfolio that is sold worldwide. You will translate market developments into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering and commercial teams to bring new products from idea to global market launch. This role is designed as a clear pathway from Junior Product Manager to Product Manager. In the first phase, you’ll focus on driving execution: building a strong understanding of our products, learning how to navigate a complex international organization, and delivering concrete results. As you grow, you’ll take on more ownership, shaping product ideas, influencing decisions, and independently driving topics and projects. This is a role built for people who want to grow fast and make visible impact. Key responsibilities: Drive and develop a product portfolio with a focus on growth and turnover Translate market trends and customer needs into product concepts and specifications Lead product development projects from concept to market introduction Work closely with engineering, sales, and other internal stakeholders Act as a central point of contact between departments in an international organization Operate in a global environment with occasional international travel. About you A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus Fluent English, both written and spoken A technical background or affinity with engineering is a plus, but not required Passion in technical products Analytical and market-oriented, with the ability to translate insights into product ideas Motivated to create impact and take ownership Comfortable working in a global, cross-functional environment Strong communication skills, bridging technical and commercial perspectives Some relevant internship or work experience will be a definite plus.
