Lead Mobile Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Mobile Engineer to lead and mentor a high-performing mobile team while driving technical excellence across Android, iOS, and cross-platform solutions. In this role, you will shape architecture decisions, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, and stay at the forefront of modern mobile technologies, all within a culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and engineering quality. \n Your day to day will include: Leading the mobile team from both a technical and people management perspective Supporting and mentoring developers through regular feedback, coaching, and career development conversations Driving architectural decisions and contributing to long-term technical strategy Working closely with Project Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders in a cross-functional environment Collaborating with Tech Leads and Architects to ensure alignment with engineering standards and technical vision Participating in code reviews and fostering a strong knowledge-sharing culture within the team Experimenting with and evaluating new technologies, tools, and development approaches Staying up to date with the latest Android, iOS and cross-platform ecosystems trends and proactively introducing valuable innovations Supporting the team in delivering high-quality features from concept to production Contributing to a dynamic environment where continuous improvement and curiosity are highly valued What makes you thrive here: 8+ years of experience in mobile application development Strong hands-on experience with Jetpack Compose and building complex, scalable UI solutions Solid understanding of mobile application architectures, especially MVVM Experience working with reactive programming concepts, preferably using Kotlin Flows People management experience, at least in a Line Manager or Team Lead capacity Openness to experimenting with modern technologies and development approaches, including cross-platform solutions such as Compose Multiplatform or Flutter Passion for clean architecture, maintainable code, and engineering excellence Experience with, or genuine interest in, AI-assisted development tools and workflows A curious mindset and eagerness to continuously learn and stay up to date with industry trends Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment At least intermediate level English proficiency Why join Supercharge?
