About The Role
We are seeking a passionate individual who strives in assisting others and wants to join a team that priorities diversity, inclusion in a professional and fun working environment.
As a Learning and Development Manager you will be responsible in providing an excellent and consistent level of training and development to the Human Resources department and Hyatt Hotel associates.
Some Of The Responsibilities Include
Implement and support effective training strategies and plans that align with the hotel’s business objectives and the professional development needs of associates.
Deliver, monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of core Learning & Development programs and training modules.
Identify training needs and collaborate with business partners to ensure departmental training programs are effectively conducted across all departments.
Support Service Coaches by facilitating regular meetings, maintaining engagement and motivation, and ensuring appropriate recognition and appreciation initiatives are in place.
Maintain the Learning Suite, training equipment, and materials, while ensuring all training records and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Provide support with additional Human Resources-related tasks and initiatives, as required.
Qualifications
A successful candidate will have:
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
Possess an appreciation for working with multi-cultural workforces of differing education levels
Experience working in a Human Resources environment
Hospitality or Human Resources Diploma or Degree advantageous
Experience of working in hotel-related operational positions
Experience in Training (Certificate IV) highly regarded
