In your role, you will help enable Intact Insurance to deliver its Broker Financial Solutions strategy with confidence and pace. You will support sustainable growth by providing trusted legal insight on complex transactions, helping the business make informed decisions while strengthening governance, partnerships and long term value across the UK and wider Group Your Skills And Experience UK qualified solicitor with extensive experience in corporate finance, including equity and debt transactions. Confidence drafting and negotiating complex legal documentation with a high level of technical accuracy. Ability to work autonomously on significant matters while knowing when to seek input and collaborate. Good commercial awareness, enabling you to balance legal risk with business objectives. Clear communication skills that allow you to build trusted relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders. You’ll make an impact by Providing clear, practical legal advice on debt and equity investments, supporting broker financing transactions and ongoing governance arrangements. Acting as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, helping them understand legal and structural risk to enable sound commercial decisions. Supporting the delivery of the Broker Financial Solutions strategy by managing legal risk and ensuring transactions progress efficiently. Working collaboratively with finance, strategy, risk, compliance and company secretariat colleagues to deliver aligned and integrated advice. Contributing to wider corporate activity, including mergers and acquisitions and strategic projects across Intact Group.
